Ordering & Production

How are your artworks made?
Every VividWalls piece is made to order. Once you place your order, your selected artwork is printed on premium 370gsm cotton canvas using archival-grade pigment inks, then professionally stretched over a solid wood frame (gallery-wrapped option) or shipped as a rolled canvas.

How long does production take?
Production typically takes 5–7 business days. Each piece undergoes expert retouching and quality inspection before shipping.

Can I order a custom size?
We currently offer three standard sizes: 24×36", 36×48", and 53×72". For custom dimensions or bulk orders, please contact us directly.

Are these limited edition?
Yes. Each artwork is limited to 100 prints per size, ensuring exclusivity for collectors. Edition numbers are tracked and may be provided upon request.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States. International shipping is available for select destinations — contact us for a quote.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after production. Gallery-wrapped canvases ship in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Materials & Quality

What materials do you use?
Our canvases are printed on 370gsm premium cotton canvas with archival pigment inks rated to last 75+ years without fading. Gallery-wrapped pieces use kiln-dried solid wood stretcher bars with a 1.5" depth.

What finish options are available?
All gallery-wrapped canvases receive a semi-gloss protective varnish that enhances color vibrancy and protects against UV light, dust, and moisture.

Do pieces come ready to hang?
Yes. Gallery-wrapped canvases include pre-installed hanging hardware. Canvas rolls ship in a protective tube and require separate framing.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my canvas?
Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods, harsh chemicals, and high-humidity environments. The protective varnish provides resilience, but gentle handling ensures longevity.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Since pieces are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse on custom orders. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a full replacement.

How do I initiate a return?
Email kingler@vividwalls.co with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Who creates VividWalls artwork?
All VividWalls pieces are original works by Kingler Bercy, a Bayonne, NJ-based artist working at the intersection of geometry, color theory, and digital composition.
